Does Pueblo really need two soccer clubs?
Does Pueblo really need two soccer clubs? In the past the Rangers attempted several times to merge with PSSA. The argument given by several levels of PSSA management were: 1. We do not want to be part of a Competitive club, 2. We do not want to change our name. Well that doesn't seem to be an obsticle now since PSSA has joined with a competitive club (The Colorado Springs Corinthians) and have changed their name to Corinthians Soccer Club of Pueblo. Could someone please give me a logical answer as to why anyone would want to live in Pueblo and have their children play for a Colorado Springs soccer club. Why send your money to Colorado Springs when the home town organization can give your children the same experience and in most cases for less money. The time has come to take pride in being a Puebloan and support Pueblo business and organizations. We welcome any solid argument to the contrary.

WE OPERATE OUR SOCCER CLUB IN PUEBLO, AND HAVE VOLUNTEERS, PAID STAFF, AND COACHES WHO ARE FROM PUEBLO, AND HAVE BEEN PART OF PSSA SOCCER PREVIOUSLY. WE ARE NOW ABLE TO PROVIDE AN EVEN MORE REMARKABLE SOCCER PROGRAM TO THE KIDS IN PUEBLO COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES! WE OFFER SOCCER FOR PLAYERS 3 YRS THROUGH 18 YRS OF AGE; DEVELOPMENTAL, RECREATIONAL, AND COMPETITIVE SOCCER. All I have to say is go to a high school game and see who the better players on the field were trained by and then tell me corinthians is not a joke. As a coach for the Pueblo Rangers I have naver lost a game to the corinthians with boy or girls. I have coached against them more than a dozen times in league and tournaments and could have beat them worse than we did every time and some of thoes time I'm talking double digits. Go back to Springs and be the third club there like you always have been.
